I stayed with my mother, she is 80. We both enjoyed your Hotel. Very nice clean rooms, very friendly staff. We had a special arrangement booked. The restaurants including this arrangements where very nice. And it was a good service with the tours, they picked us up at the hotel and als friendly tourguides. We had pleasant contacts with your staff. no comments at all.
Keep up this atmosphere with each other, we loved it!!!
Next time we'll visit your hotel again.

The friendliest of the staff was the Check in employee when we arrived on the 9th of June. He spoke fluent German and hat been in N�rnberg and Frankfurt. He was very kind (we cannot remember his name!). The room mate was friendly and the rooms were very clean. The furniture ist charming and the size of the room is good. The bath could be a little more modern, but all in all we had a very good time at the hotel. The roof garden is great.

Unfortunately can't remember descriptions but I know the two staff members on duty on 8th June afternoon were extremely helpful.
Conveniently located, lovely hotel with everything you need for a city break. Roof garden particularly enjoyable for lazy breakfasts in the sun.

The reception was excellent. Please thank the deskk staff - on Monday morning, may 26-08. We arrived early (on May 26-08) and werre allowed to check in early (before noon!)

We enjoyed out stay very much and the staff was very helpful when we didn't realize we were supposed to check out a day earlier than we planned. They arranged for us to stay another night and what could have been a big problem was not. Everyone was helpful, but the two young ladies working the front desk in the afternoon were especially helpful and cheerful.
